What it is

In this 60-minute dance workshop, we’ll target the key muscles needed for explosive jumps. We’ll focus on building lower body strength for powerful grande allegro and develop fast-twitch muscles for quick, sharp petite allegro. This session is designed to equip you with the tools to effectively train for jumps, enhancing both your power and speed in ballet.
